Shipping Cost - Within USA

  • Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling $60 or more.

  • For orders below $60, standard shipping rates will be applied and prominently displayed during the checkout process.

  • Our standard shipping times typically range from 6 to 15 days for most destinations.

  • Please note that deliveries may take longer occasionally due to various factors, including customs clearance, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances like bad weather. We would like to apologize in advance if such were to happen, thank you for your understanding.

  • We will provide the fastest shipping method so your item will arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

  • Free Returns for all customers within the USA. (Note: items damaged will be received a free return, but if received as ordered, as a sales item, or no longer needed you are not eligible for free returns.

  • Orders outside the United States are not eligible for free returns. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping fees charged by the postal service.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all returns.

  • To commence a return, kindly reach out to us at EMAIL for review. Our review process typically requires 1-7 days.

  • Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send back your package.

  • Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Following the successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 1-7 days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you used PayPal for your purchase, your refund will be available within 1 day of approval.

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

  • Upon approval, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
